- Participants are specifically limited to Dermatology and Venereology Specialists or Dermatology and Venereology Residency Program (PPDS) participants.
- The extended abstract may consist of research or case reports in the field of Dermatology and Venereology that have not been previously presented at any national or international meetings.
- The extended abstract must be prepared based on ethical and valid scientific and/or clinical methods.
- Trade names (of drugs and/or equipment) must not be included in the title. If brand names appear in the extended abstract, they must be written after the generic name in the following format: generic name (brand name®).
- Treatments or other substances mentioned in the material must be identified by their scientific names.
- The decision regarding oral presentation or E-poster is the sole discretion of the committee. This decision is final and cannot be contested.
- An extended abstract will only be accepted if the author is registered as a PIT participant and provides proof of registration fee payment.
- The completed extended abstract and the publication consent form must be submitted via email to karyailmiahPIT2025@gmail.com from May 9, 2025, to June 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM WIB. The submission must include the full name of the primary author (with academic title), title, institution, city, and contact number.
- Authors cannot modify an extended abstract once it has been submitted.
- Each participant may compete in the scientific paper competition as the primary author for a maximum of one (1) submission.
- Selected extended abstracts will be published in the national journal Media Dermato-Venereologica Indonesiana (MDVI). Authors of selected abstracts must agree to all publication requirements, including revisions and additional publication-related costs. Selected extended abstracts may not be submitted to any other scientific publication media for three months after the announcement of the selected abstracts.
- It is strictly prohibited to submit the related extended abstract to any other scientific publication media until the conclusion of PIT 2025.
